The Origin
The palm lets go once a year.
Every date palm in the Gulf sheds its lower fronds as it grows. For centuries they were swept up and burned — millions of tonnes of it, every season, turned into smoke over the sand.
We collect them instead. No tree is cut, no branch is taken. We wait for the desert to hand it over.
A waste stream, only because nobody had looked at it properly.
